Algonquin College Sommelier Program

In time, she decided to obtain some formal training by joining the Algonquin College Sommelier Program.  She graduated in 2000 and opened a very complete wine accessory boutique within the C.A. Paradis kitchen supply store at 1314 Bank Street in Ottawa.  There she sells a very large selection of wine related products.  In fact, she can build you a wine cellar to fit most budgets or sell you a wine cabinet for twelve to five hundred bottles.  She also carries the famous Riedel wine glasses and carafes and virtually every wine accessory available anywhere.
