The Ottawa Wine and Food show runs on November 4th, 5th, and 6th (Friday through Sunday) at the Ottawa Congress Centre. This year's theme is California. A California gastronomic journey awaits with an exciting line-up of activities being planned. Some of the show highlights include a spacious, interactive California wine country booth featuring many of the Golden State’s most famous wines accompanied with delicious regional dishes prepared by a visiting Californian chef. For budding wine and food enthusiasts, the Wine Institute of California is also planning special tastings and seminars and is offering a trip for two to Santa Barbara, California. Features: The National Capital Sommelier Guild conducts tutored tastings of a wide variety of unique and premium wines including show medal winners.
