Algonquin College Sommelier Program

Designed to introduce students to the core fundamentals of oenology. Classic grape varieties within major wine growing areas of the world are discussed and wines are tasted and evaluated in a structured manner. Long time enthusiasts and interested novices will delight in meeting like-minded individuals. Food and wine matching plus discovering new and affordable wines make this course both fun and educational.
