Unravel the mysteries and eliminate the misconceptions surrounding the art and science of successfully pairing wine and food. This experience will challenge your senses and perceptions in both the kitchen and the tasting room. You will observe how great chefs prepare fine cuisine and experience that cuisine with well-chosen wines, along with a themed tutorial each evening.
